**Job Description:**

- Seeking doctors with an MD or DO degree, including successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program and a Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship.
- Join a passionate, mission-driven team as part of a physician-led multispecialty group.
- The practice is QOPI certified and accredited with the Commission on Cancer through the American College of Physicians.
- Work alongside a robust team of fellow Hematology/Oncology physicians, delivering cutting-edge treatments to the community.
- Full-time position with a 4-day work week, Monday to Friday, requiring a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time, including clinic, treatments, and rounding as needed.
- On-call duties are shared, with a 1:7 rotation of evenings and weekends. Inpatient unit covered by an Oncology Hospitalist Monday through Friday, 8-5.
- Responsibilities include covering inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic duties.
- Benefit from an integrative care team with support from nurse navigators, social work, genetics counseling, and nutritionists.
- Attend weekly tumor boards to collaborate with fellowship-trained surgeons in various specialties.
- Opportunities to engage in innovative programs, including lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, neuro-oncology, and robust clinical trials.
- Utilizes EPIC documentation system and AI tools for documentation.
