Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Inpatient Rehab

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • IL License
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • BLS
Special Requirements: Required Assessment Skills/Experience: AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital Signs.
Required Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management. Equipment and Device Skills/Experience: Gait belt. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Home Exercise Program, Patient family education, Signs & Symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, Safety and injury prevention.

Shift: 5x8 Days (0800-1630)
Ratios/Daily Caseload:
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: None.
Certs REQ: BLS & IL state license required.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F blocked.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license in hand to apply or must be in application process with ETA.
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
