Job Summary and Qualifications- PT days with callI.Position Summary:
The NMtechnologist is responsible for performinga variety of complex specialized technical tasks utilizing radiopharmaceuticals to assist with the detection of anatomical abnormalities.
II.Productivity/Fiscal Responsibility:·Reports to work on time and is ready to start work
·Utilizes appropriate resources to complete assignments within allocated time period
·Performs accurately and in a timely manner in periods of increased work-loads and high stress
·Follows through with assignments and informs supervisor if unable to complete tasks
·Employee adheres to Meal/Break policy and time clock procedures, punching in and out appropriately
·Adapts to changes in volume/acuity demands
·When work is complete, seeks additional tasks

What qualifications you will need:I.Minimum Requirements:
Education:A.S. in Radiological Health Sciences, Graduate of an AMH accredited school of Radiologic Technology and/or completion of a formal program from an accredited program
Licensure/Certifications:Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists in the field of Nuclear Medicine or Radiography and/or licensed by the State Department of Health. Modality certification required or obtained within 6 months of employment date or end of cross training period. BLS.
Experience:One year of experience preferred
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- State License Nuclear Medicine
- Vocational School Graduate
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
