This position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Program Development and Patient Experience. They will collaborate with providers as needed and other Cancer Support Services team members; including oncology social work/manager; radiation oncology, Providence Hematology/Oncology Clinics and the Oncology Nutrition Program Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: OCN
  • 3 years Relevant oncology RN experience.
  • Experience in delegating nursing responsibilities, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years As an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
  • Care management and/or clinical trial experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
