Oncology Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Position Details:

Oncology Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacy Specialist Position Preferred Qualifications:
- Board Certification (BCOP)
- Completion of PGY2 training in BMT/Oncology
- BS Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Completion of PGY1 training/Certificate of Completion required upon submission
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMT/Oncology Inpatient Hospital Setting
