Description

Under the direction of the Administrative Director Nursing Services, Kadlec Clinic, coordinates program development, process improvement initiatives and facilitates safe and effective clinical practices; Serves as the interface between multiple disciplines necessary to establish and monitor clinical staff practices; Participates and offers education regarding patient care and processes to clinic personnel; Establishes collaborative relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and system resources; Works in collaboration with Kadlec Providers and staff to improve the patient experience and meet the quality standards of care; Identifies and leads process improvement, assists in providing direction and supervision of nursing and support staff.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor's Degree From an accredited educational institution, or in process and completed within three years from date of hire into the position.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years Nursing experience in area of specialty.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Collaborative multidisciplinary relationship building experience.
  • Leadership and change initiative (having managed resources directly or within the implementation of a new initiative) experience.
  • Performance improvement project implementation experience.
  • Supervisory experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
