Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice in Indiana

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm (or until all patients are seen)

**Experience:** Open to Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 5 years of residency). Experience with pediatrics through geriatrics is required.
**License:** Indiana State License (or willing to obtain)
**Certifications:** Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active DEA (or willing to obtain), BLS, and ACLS (or willing to obtain). COVID Vaccination required.
**Must-Have:** Experience working with all age groups from pediatrics to geriatrics. Knowledge of Epic EMR is highly preferred.
**Job Description:**
- Join a growing family medicine or internal medicine practice.
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including chronic disease management and various procedures such as dressing changes, sutures, biopsies, pap smears, joint injections/aspirations, skin tag and mole removal.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:7, phone call only.
- Opportunity to engage in clinical teaching and supervision of residents.
- Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
- May require active membership status on relevant medical staffs.
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates; not accepting locum tenens candidates.
