Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Workday Payroll Product Owner to join their team. As a Workday Payroll Product Owner, you will be part of the Human Resources Transformation & Products Team supporting various business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, exceptional communication abilities, and critical thinking expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workday Payroll Product Owner

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $65

What's the Job?

  • Develop and manage the US Payroll product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to tackle complex problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Lead the delivery of solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Act as a hands-on independent contributor while leveraging leadership skills to build credibility.
  • Direct matrixed resources in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, particularly with Workday Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex issues.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
