Reports to: Director of RehabPerforms and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree RequiredRequired Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)Required Skills
Licenses: Speech Language PathologistRequired Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
