CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver - Experience Required

At McLane, experience pays Do you have previous route/foodservice delivery experience? If so, start as high as our top rate of pay. McLane Memphis drivers average $70,000 - $85,000 per year and our experienced drivers earn even more. We are currently offering up to a $10,000 sign on bonus, depending on experience. Benefits start day 1

Here are the details:
  • Average pay: $70,000- $85,000 per year.
  • Starting pay commensurate with experience.
  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 depending on experience.
  • Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
  • Extra Board Drivers get 2 Set Days Off each week - Guaranteed.
  • Day 1 Benefits available: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.
  • Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, educational assistance program, and more

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
  • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
  • Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
