Job Details:

  • Coverage: Ongoing

  • Position Open: 2

  • Shift: M-F 8-5 and call

  • Call schedule 1:4

  • Call back %: 25%

  • Open to a flexible schedule or job share with another provider Yes

  • Patient per day per physician: 8-10

  • EMR/Documentation: Epic

  • Support staff: 2 other MD, other locums, sonographers, Mas, LPNs, RN

  • Nuclears, EKG, ECHOS, TEE Yes

  • If mixed inpatient and outpatient, will they be on separate days? No

  • Will the Inventional locum perform electives as well as STEMI? No

  • Will night ball be general and interventional or just STEMI? General

  • Scope of Practice: Required: Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (neo-puff), Ventilation Management (Newborn) Acute Chronic Ventilation Management (Pediatric), Acute Chronic Intubation (ETT/NT), Newborn Pediatrics Conscious sedation, Deep sedation, Central line, Arterial lines, UVC, UAC, Lumbar puncture, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Chest tube insertion, Needle pneumothorax, Decompression, X-ray interpretation, EKG interpretation, PA Catheter, Exchange transfusion, Suturing minor lacerations, Circumcision (type), Swallow studied

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted WA License

  • Board Certified

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience

  • Active Certification Required: BLS, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, DEA

  • Clean Malpractice

  • Clean Background
