Are you passionate about improving healthcare through membership? The Post-Acute and Long-term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Membership to lead the charge in transforming how we support healthcare professionals. This position reports into the Director, Membership and Business Development and will work closely with other departments to create a meaningful membership experience. In this role, you’ll:

  • Craft innovative strategies to grow our membership and boost engagement
  • Spearhead an exciting new pilot program supporting state chapters
  • Forge meaningful connections with PALTC professionals and industry leaders
  • Develop compelling reasons for healthcare professionals to join and stay with PALTmed
  • Use your analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
  • Work across teams to create an exceptional experience for our members

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in membership growth and engagement
  • Brings 5+ years of membership experience, ideally in healthcare organizations
  • Excels at strategic thinking and managing multiple projects
  • Is driven to make a positive impact in healthcare
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment

  • 5 years membership recruitment and retention experience.
  • 2 years health care membership association experience preferred
