  • PA-C or FNP
  • 1+ years' experience in Family Medicine, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
  • Set Schedule- Wednesday through Saturday - 34hrs/week
  • Scheduled appointments, no after hour work
  • Base salary plus up to $20,000 production bonus
  • Relocation assistance or Sign On Bonus is available
  • Locations throughout Portland
