Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Surgical and Perioperative Services.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordination of Patient Care
  • Leadership responsibilities
  • Customer Service
  • Staffing
  • Education and Training
  • Budget Planning, Monitoring and Stewardship
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable the individual to perform the essential functions.

Communication:

Must possess verbal and written skills to communicate effectively and courteously with a diverse group of professional and non-professional members of the health care team, patients and family/significant others.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an NLN accredited program in nursing.
  • BSN Required, Masters strongly preferred or must be actively progressing in a Masters program.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Perioperative setting with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse License
  • BCLS required.
