Practice Highlights--Outpatient only--Bread-and-butter Family Medicine or Internal Medicine--Adult patient population (18+)--Very limited geriatric care--Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care--Minimal acute care volumeSchedule--Monday-Friday--9:00 AM
