Assistant General Manager
At KAJ Hospitality, our mission is simple — we're Here for People. As the Assistant General Manager, you'll help lead the hotel's day-to-day operations and create an environment where both guests and team members feel cared for, supported, and valued. You'll work closely with the General Manager to build a strong culture of hospitality and excellence that reflects KAJ's Core Values in every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Empathy: Support and coach team members to deliver personalized, caring service that exceeds expectations.
- Take Care of People: Ensure guests feel welcomed and appreciated from check-in to check-out. Provide clear communication, consistency, and follow-through.
- Include Others: Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and respect across all departments.
- Inspire to Succeed: Partner with the General Manager to set goals, track performance, and celebrate wins along the way.
- Overcome Obstacles: Approach challenges with creativity and a solutions-first mindset to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality leadership or front office management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to inspire and lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.
