With several billion in assets already under management, the team has progressed from incubation to live deployment, leveraging machine learning to operate in a dynamic, data-rich environment. Their core belief: markets and other decision contexts can be treated as AI problems, understood, modeled, and acted upon by intelligent systems.
As a Member of Technical Staff, you'll help bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and high-reliability systems. You'll work side-by-side with domain scientists to build platforms and pipelines that take ideas from prototype to production, supporting the full lifecycle of intelligent decision models.
Partner with researchers to iterate quickly on models, from initial experiments to scalable deployments
Own the full stack of ML workflows: data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
Improve platform capabilities for distributed training and real-time decision execution
Tune systems for performance across speed, memory, and throughput
Strong engineering skills with a track record of production-grade ML system development
Deep fluency with Python and core ML libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas
Ability to operate across the full stack: modeling, infrastructure, and deployment
Comfort with both traditional ML and neural approaches

Solve problems at the frontier of AI, decision systems, and complex domains
