Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at an industrial manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment, including hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, robots, and powder coating systems. Additionally, the technician will handle general facility maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Essential Functions:

• Basic Tools -Able to safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand tools and basic power tools
• Basic Mechanical - Able to safely and proficiently perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and rebuild tasks
• Basic Electrical - Able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and movement of electrical circuits
• Basic Construction - Able to safely and proficiently perform painting, dry wall, framing, and interior trim work tasks
• Hoists - Responsible for diagnosing/maintaining/installing production hoists in a timely fashion
• Welders - Responsible for diagnosing/maintaining/installing welding equipment in a timely fashion
• Saws - Responsible for diagnosing/maintaining/installing production band saw equipment in a timely fashion
• Lighting - Able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and installation of lighting systems and lighting fixtures throughout the facility
• Plumbing - Able to safely and proficiently perform basic troubleshooting and installation of plumbing systems and plumbing fixtures throughout the facility
• Mechanical Systems - Able to safely and proficiently maintain/troubleshoot HVAC, filtration, and pneumatic systems
• Fork/Aerial Lifts - Able to safely and proficiently operate fork trucks and aerial lifts
• Doors - Responsible for powering down, raising, and securing overhead doors
• Grounds - Responsible for safe and proficient operation of plowing, salting, mowing, and trimming equipment

Working Conditions:

• Fast paced role with working conditions indoor and outdoor
• Repetitive use of hands to operate tools and equipment
• On your feet/active role
• Operating aerial and forklifts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Fabrication - Ability to weld or experience with basic metal fabrication
• Rigging - Experience rigging and moving equipment with a boom
• Multi Meter - Experience with a meter or other electrical test equipment
• Schematics - Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic prints
• Preventative Maintenance - Experience with Industrial Machinery/Equipment
• Repair - Education/Experience Troubleshooting industrial machinery
• Mechanical - Education/Experience Troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Electrical - Education/Experience Troubleshooting 3 Phase high voltage.
• Motors - Education/Experience Troubleshooting 3 phase, Single phase and DC motors
• CNC/Robotics - Education/Experience Troubleshooting CNC machinery
• PLC/HMI - Education/Experience Troubleshooting programmable logic systems
