HVAC Installer/Technician
An HVAC technician (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning technician) is a skilled tradesperson who installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots climate-control systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Set up new furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation units.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Find and fix mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant issues.
- Maintenance: Clean coils, change filters, check fluid levels, and test system efficiency to prevent breakdowns.

Rushton Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned and operated HVAC company founded in 2016 by owner and licensed journeyman Josh Rushton. Experience: Over 15 years of industry experience. Services: AC and furnace repair, new installations, heat pumps, geothermal systems, routine maintenance, duct cleaning, water heaters, and indoor air quality solutions (like air scrubbers and UV lights)

HVAC installer/technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time and Part Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
Rushton Heating & Air Conditioning in Southern Utah, candidates generally must meet the following standard operational and technical qualifications required by the company and regional hiring standards:
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: Essential for operating company service vehicles to travel between customer job sites across Southern Utah.
- Technical Aptitude and Reliability: Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, mechanical systems, or physical installation, combined with a strong work ethic to provide dependable residential and commercial services
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
