What You'll Do:

• Provide a professional, welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, members, and vendors at a financial-services location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor identification, following site-specific entry procedures, and issuing visitor credentials as directed.
• Provide customer service by answering routine questions, directing guests to appropriate contacts or departments, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow emergency response procedures.
• Support security-related procedures by monitoring the lobby area, reporting concerns, and maintaining awareness of site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
