This role is pivotal in providing high-quality mental health support to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders within a detox center setting. Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, granting flexibility while maintaining a supportive and collaborative distance team environment. As an LCSW, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals dedicated to improving mental health outcomes and fostering an inclusive atmosphere for both clients and staff. Additionally, our center operates within the framework of a detox facility, necessitating a focus on integrated treatment approaches for individuals experiencing substance use issues alongside mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and dynamic screenings to identify client needs and establish necessary interventions.
• Create personalized integrated care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ensure seamless access to necessary linked services.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities including individual, group, and family therapy aimed at addressing presenting problems and enhancing client empowerment.
• Provide crisis intervention support, intervening in situations requiring immediate attention while promoting client safety and stability.
• Participate actively in team meetings and committees designed to improve service delivery and enhance agency quality.
• Monitor client participation in treatment while ensuring documentation and data submissions are completed timely and accurately.
• Identify and report unsafe situations utilizing established protocols for a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LCSW license and a bachelor's degree in social work or related field; master's degree in social work preferred.
• Proven competence in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, risk assessment, and crisis management strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload with attention to detail.
• Cultural competency in working with diverse populations and understanding unique developmental needs for clients served.

Preferred Experience

Although a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with extensive backgrounds in community mental health and substance use treatment, particularly within detox or rehabilitation facilities. Experience in crisis intervention, case management, and collaborative care approaches will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
