Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and challenges, forming the foundation for customized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other modalities to ensure comprehensive support for individuals, families, and groups.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare professionals, and other social workers, to coordinate integrated care that promotes holistic wellness for clients.
• Advocate for clients within the community, helping them gain access to necessary resources and services, and ensuring their rights are respected and upheld.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using electronic health record systems, ensuring adherence to privacy and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and keep abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be primarily on youth and families within school settings, helping them address issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social skills deficits. By fostering trust with clients from varied backgrounds and circumstances, you will play an essential role in their recovery journey, bridging gaps to effective support networks.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid academic foundation in clinical practice.
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• At least three (3) years of post-licensure professional experience in providing clinical social work services, with a focus on youth and families preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating tailored treatment plans based on best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and social justice within the field of mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in school-based settings, with an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics present in educational environments.
• Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and telehealth platforms.
• Proven ability to navigate community resources and advocate for systemic change on behalf of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between $100,000 and $105,000, commensurate with your caseload responsibilities and experience.
