Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and personalized assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Deliver individualized and group therapeutic services using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Your compassionate approach will directly contribute to improved patient outcomes and enhanced quality of life for those in your care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and relevant telehealth technologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with diverse populations.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, supplemented by a generous sign-on bonus and unlimited earning potential.
