Responsibilities
Manage and support IBM i system infrastructure. Monitor systems daily and respond promptly to performance or usability concerns. Assist with integrating new applications and technologies into existing environments. Build, patch, and maintain IBM i systems in both on‑premises and offsite environments. Install, patch, and maintain third‑party applications supporting IBM i platforms. Provision and manage storage for IBM i platforms Maintain, upgrade and monitor HA/DR solutions Perform routine operational tasks, including coordinating code deployments and shift turnovers with offshore teams. Participate in team projects and assist with smaller cross‑functional initiatives. Build, install, patch, maintain, and troubleshoot all aspects of IBM i technologies, both on‑premises and offsite. Provide operational support, including server monitoring, backups, patching, and other duties as required. Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive or manual tasks-
