Lead Line Cook

Wallflower is looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Line Cook to help lead day-to-day kitchen execution. This is a hands-on position for someone who can work the line at a high level, help keep service organized, and support the AGM with inventory and ordering needs.

Responsibilities
● Work and lead the line through service, helping coordinate ticket flow and execution.

● Maintain consistency, quality, portioning and presentation of all dishes.

● Prep and stock stations and help organize daily prep and pars.

● Communicate inventory and product needs to the AGM and assist with ordering.

● Receive and check deliveries, rotate product properly and help minimize waste.

● Support and train cooks while maintaining a positive, accountable kitchen culture.

● Maintain strong cleanliness, organization and food-safety standards.

● Communicate effectively with both BOH and FOH management. What We're Looking For

● Solid professional line-cook experience, ideally in a busy service environment.

● Organized, reliable and calm under pressure.

● Proactive and communicative, with pride in producing consistent food.

● Someone who leads by example and is comfortable taking ownership during service.

● An experienced line cook ready for more leadership while remaining fully hands-on.

● Bi-Lingual preferred

● Team player who operates with respect and in a positive manner.
