Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
Minimum five (5) years' experience in HR Management role required.
HR Certification preferred.
OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Strong project management, time management, and leadership skillsEffective organizational and time management skills.

Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on business new requirementsAbility to develop technical papers, policy papers and to present technical information to senior management peopleAbility to mentor and supervise staffAbility to negotiate contribution agreement and contractsResponsibilities:The Director of Human Resources is the primary individual responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function at the hospital. Uses his or her expertise and training in Human Resources functions to put in place and manage the implementation of all necessary Human Resources policies and protocols necessary for successful operation of the hospital. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
