For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Global Benefits Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will oversee global benefits operations, guiding plan design, administration, and governance across multiple countries. You will partner closely with finance and leadership teams to support approvals, operational decisions, and effective program execution. The position also plays a key role in analyzing regulatory changes, improving programs, and advancing wellbeing and mental health strategies.

Remote
Compensation: $124,000 – $207,000 annually
Responsibilities
Manage a team of benefits analysts overseeing global benefits operations
Design and administer benefit plans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Conduct thorough audits and maintain accurate reporting of benefit programs
Investigate and recommend improvements for benefit programs
Analyze changes in country laws affecting benefits and adjust plans accordingly
Lead the implementation of wellbeing and mental health strategies
Collaborate with finance and leadership teams for approvals and operational guidance
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in global benefits administration
Strong international benefits knowledge, especially in the UK and Canada
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Experience in vendor management and collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
