Synergy Health Partners is recruiting experienced General Surgeons to join an established acute care and elective surgery program at SageWest Health Care in Lander, Wyoming. Surgeons work 7-10 days a month as part of a collaborative, surgeon-led team designed for professional longevity without administrative burdens. This opportunity combines acute care, elective procedures, and endoscopy within a welcoming community setting. Practice Info SageWest Health Care in Lander, Wyoming Level IV Trauma Center 88-bed facility Annual ED Volume: Approximately 20,000 visits EMR: MedHost and Athena Collaborative, surgeon-led team environment Responsibilities Provide acute care and elective general surgery Perform upper and lower endoscopy Perform vascular access procedures, including chemotherapy infusion ports Benefits Medical malpractice coverage provided Assistance with LLC creation, tax guidance, or overall financial planning through trusted partners Customized benefit plan to meet your specific needs Shift & Schedule Work 7-10 days a month Independent Contractor Status Qualifications 1-2 years experience required Active WY medical license is a plus
