We areseekinga motivated and experiencedDispatcherto join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating field technicians across HVAC, plumbing, drain, and electrical service calls. You will play a key role in scheduling, routing, and supporting technicians to ensuretimely, efficient service delivery whilemaintaininga strong focus on customer experience and communication.
What You WillDo:Dispatch and coordinatetechnicians to service callsSchedule and prioritize daily work orders based on urgency, location, and technician availabilityMonitor job progress and provide real-time support to field techniciansCommunicate with customersregardingappointment windows, updates, and delaysHandle inbound service requests and emergency calls efficiently and professionallyEnsureaccuratedocumentation of dispatch activities and job notes in the systemCollaborate with service managers tooptimizerouting and workflow efficiencyWhat You Will Bring:1+ year of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination (trades industry experience is a plus)Strong communicationskills (written and verbal)Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with scheduling/dispatch software or CRM systemsFlexible availability based on scheduling needsValid Driver’s License (preferred, not required depending on role setup)Must successfully complete screening process including assessments, interviews, background check, and drug screenSchedule: Monday
- Friday 11:30am-8pm (weekends on a rotational basis)
