What You'll Do
Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums Clean and maintain hard-surface flooring Perform routine floor care to help maintain a clean appearance Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and independently Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues Keep work areas organized and professional Support overall facility cleanliness as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies Previous floor care or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule Training Provided We train Whether you have previous floor care experience or are looking to learn a new skill, Carlson provides hands-on training to help you succeed in this role.
