Title: Account Executive- (ZIP HQ)
Duration: Full Time
Location: Remote
The role will focus on execution and operational follow-through, including:
- Managing the Zip procurement queue, request completeness, ownership, status, and service targets.
- Coordinating vendor and contractor onboarding, including documentation, W-9/W-8 collection, NDA routing, and access dependencies.
- Supporting contracts, DocuSign execution, change orders, purchase orders, invoice questions, and open-PO closeout.
- Maintaining accurate trackers, links, identifiers, renewal dates, and weekly reporting
- Documenting workflows and helping maintain an organized, auditable procurement operating rhythm.
- We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, contract administration, vendor management, finance operations, or a closely related function.
- The ideal candidate has managed a high-volume queue, is comfortable with procurement or workflow systems and spreadsheets, communicates clearly, and can work independently while escalating issues appropriately.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity company and familiarity with Zip, Coupa, or comparable tools would be helpful but not required.
This is an execution-focused role and is not intended to own strategic sourcing, procurement policy, approval authority, or procurement leadership.
