The Site Manager will oversee operations across West Broward clinical research sites, supporting both neuroscience and psychedelics programs. This role blends site leadership with hands-on study project management, with responsibility for stabilizing, optimizing, and scaling site performance while helping build future program leadership structures.
Role Summary:
Responsible for overall site performance, including recruitment, enrollment, staff management, regulatory compliance, and study execution. Serves as both operational leader and Study Project Manager for high-priority trials.
Key Responsibilities
·Oversee daily site operations and staff performance
·Drive recruitment, screening, enrollment, and retention
·Ensure compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol requirements
·Serve as primary contact for sponsors, CROs, and vendors
·Manage study timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
·Monitor KPIs including enrollment, retention, quality, and profitability
·Maintain CTMS and data entry compliance
·Train, mentor, and develop research staff
·Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs
·Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Marketing
·Improve workflows and operational systems
Phase-Based Expectations:
0–90 Days:
oStabilize operations and improve recruitment funnel
oAssess team performance and implement accountability
oEnsure protocol and regulatory compliance
90–180 Days:
oScale enrollment and site efficiency
oIdentify bottlenecks and optimize processes
oDefine structure for future program leadership
180+ Days:
oSupport hiring and onboarding of program leadership
oMaintain operational excellence during transition
