About The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organized, andcustomer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In thisrole, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan,manage, and enjoy their travel experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Respondto customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely andprofessional manner
Assistclients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, packages,excursions)
Resolvecustomer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude
Maintainaccurate client records and booking details
Providerecommendations and travel advice tailored to client needs
Followup with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction
Collaboratewith team members to deliver excellent service
Qualifications:
Previouscustomer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus)
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
Excellentproblem-solving abilities
Organizedand detail-oriented
Comfortableusing computers, booking systems, and social media platforms
Passionfor traveling and helping others
