YIBI Jewelry is the jewelry manufacturing business of YIBI Group, supporting international brands with high-end fashion jewelry development and production.
Our capabilities combine product development, metal manufacturing, polishing, surface finishing, assembly, production management, and quality control.
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Manager based in New York to support project-based collaboration with our international jewelry manufacturing business.
The role is suited to professionals who understand how jewelry and accessories move from product development and sampling into stable, scalable production.
Responsibilities
Support jewelry production and product-development projects.
Coordinate production requirements across product, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Review production schedules, manufacturing readiness, and delivery requirements.
Identify production risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support sample-to-production handovers.
Support communication between international brand teams and manufacturing teams.
Provide insights into U.
S. jewelry and accessories production practices.
Qualifications
Experience in jewelry production, accessories manufacturing, production management, or product development.
Experience in fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production workflows.
Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturing partners is an advantage.
