Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Location:
Philadelphia, PAAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift: 7:00 PM
- 7:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts.
Job Description
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing care for patients with respiratory issues. You'll be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, administering treatments, and facilitating patient programs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the effective management of ventilator and therapeutic modalities.
ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and evaluations of patient respiratory status.
Implement respiratory care interventions as prescribed by the physician.
Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy and aerosolized medications.
Monitor and record patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory health.
Required ExperienceCurrent and valid state license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
Certifications/LicensureRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
