Overview Senior Real Estate Attorney – Miami An accomplished, business-minded real estate attorney is sought to step into a central role within a sophisticated, high-performing transactional practice. This is an opportunity for a senior associate who thrives on ownership, values precision, and wants to lead complex matters from day one.
Responsibilities Take the helm on high-value purchase and sale transactions, leasing arrangements, and real estate finance deals.
Serve as first chair on major matters, guiding clients through intricate structures, negotiating critical terms, and managing all stages of the transaction with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications 5–8 years of strong real estate experience.
Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to operate with autonomy and collaboration in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Sharp academic record, disciplined work ethic, proactive mindset.
