Are you a Project Manager from a heavy civil, industrial, or wastewater construction background looking to take full ownership of major $100M+ builds, with a clear route through multiple PM levels and into Project Director?
On offer is a key role with a well-established heavy industrial contractor, delivering large-scale wastewater packages on a flagship industrial build. You will be trusted to lead from planning through close-out, with real autonomy and the backing to deliver correctly.
Known for a strong, people-first culture and an approachable leadership team, this is a business that invests in doing things properly and supports internal progression. Due to continued project wins and a new project starting imminently, they are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.
In this role you will lead the execution of large-scale heavy industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, regulatory and environmental standards, and quality best practices, while managing work in active industrial facilities to minimize operational disruption.
This role would suit a Wastewater Project Manager looking for high-value projects, long-term progression, and the chance to be recognized for delivering complex work to a high standard.
The Role:
Lead delivery of large-scale heavy industrial / wastewater construction projects
Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, environmental and quality obligations
Manage site operations in active industrial facilities while minimizing disruption
On-site, permanent position (no sponsorship available)
The Person:
Project Manager experience on large wastewater construction projects
Background in civil / heavy industrial construction, ideally on $100M+ projects
Based in, or willing to commute to, Taylor, TX area
