About the Role
We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Lead to support operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on sorting, scanning, organizing, and moving packages to ensure smooth daily fulfillment and outbound flow. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work with opportunities to grow into more senior warehouse or lead roles as the team expands. What You’ll Do Receive, sort, and organize inventory with accuracy Assist the team in managing incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain a clean and organized warehouse layout to keep things running smoothly Help train and guide new associates on standard operating procedures Be the on-site point person during your shift for team coordination and questions Communicate delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the HQ team Coordinate with drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed Double-check shipments, delivery photos, and labels for accuracy Share ideas with the Operations Manager to make processes more efficient Suggest workflow improvements that could make the team’s job easier Help ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed each shift What We’re Looking For Required: Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Nice to Have: Forklift certification Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems Why Join Sway Be part of a fast-growing startup shaping the future of logistics Hands-on role with real impact on daily operations Supportive, team-oriented warehouse environment Opportunity for growth into lead or full-time roles as we expand Paid Time Off (PTO) eligibility for part-time employees Medical, dental, and vision insurance (subject to eligibility requirements and applicable waiting periods) The Sway Way The Advantage Is Us We build each other up, lead with humility, and believe the best teams achieve extraordinary results together.
