Position OverviewThe TSSO Operational Intelligence Lead will drive strategic data and analytics initiatives across Technical Services & Sustainable Operations (TSSO), establishing data-driven foundations that enhance operational excellence and accelerate innovation. This role serves as the strategic leader for asset data, analytics, and reporting capabilities across TSSO.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & ReportingSupport TSSO non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and facilitating efficient reporting methodologiesDevelop and maintain executive, non-enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks that track operational performance across all TSSO functionsPerformance Management & ReportingSupport TSSO non-financial performance reporting by mapping data sources and facilitating efficient reporting methodologiesDevelop and maintain executive, non-enterprise dashboards and reporting frameworks that track operational performance across all TSSO functionsAsset Readiness Project (ARP)Support ARP analytics and ongoing dashboard updates, including scorecard, tracker, and advanced statisticsEnsure critical access to EDP for data extracts by leading integration with technical delivery teamsLead vital development of preventive maintenance (PM) identification using automated data models to improve data accuracy and asset managementTroubleshoot Property Hub data discrepancies core to ARP initiativesConduct ADQ NextGen dashboard variance analyses and reconciliation to ensure data integrityDrive ARP data model development and implementation to instill confidence in analytics results and data utilizationPartner with and train Analytics Services team on advanced analytical tools to build organizational capability and ensure scalabilityE2E LCAM Optimal ProcessEstablish access to all data across the LCAM ecosystem and EDP tables, enabling comprehensive asset lifecycle analyticsSupport data integration across lifecycle milestones to support seamless data integration across operational workflowsLead in ensuring proper governance of data standardsProvide expertise in automated data processing for OnePM load files to enhance client deliveryDrive integration of data topology for LCAM outcomes, ensuring consistency and reliabilitySupport prioritization of tech stack and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to ensure timely development and deployment of technologyWPM TSSO Data Ownership & GovernanceSupport data integration across delivery teams and workflows to achieve efficiencies that drive marginEnsure proper governance of WPM and TSSO data standards and quality frameworksTranslate business (FM) needs into actionable technology requirements and data solutionsData & Analytics Program LeadershipProvide strategic leadership of the data and analytics roadmap aligned with TSSO and enterprise objectives, contributing to Accelerate 2030Own and prioritize TSSO advanced analytics initiatives to democratize data capabilities and enable operational efficienciesCoordinate analytics teams to avoid redundant work and maximize efficiencyEnsure data governance and security frameworks meet enterprise standardsLead TSSO Data Model development to streamline organization goals and enable scalability and operational excellenceDevelop advanced analytical roadmap for operational excellence and continuous improvementQualificationsRequired Experience8+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or operational technology implementation within large-scale operations5+ years in leadership roles managing or partnering with analytics teams to drive operations excellenceProven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systemsDeep expertise in advanced data analytics technologies and their practical operational applicationsStrong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architectureExperience with real estate operations, facilities management, or transaction services preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack technologiesKnowledge of EDP (Enterprise Data Platform) or similar enterprise data warehousing solutionsFamiliarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL processesUnderstanding of data governance, risk management, and responsible
