We are looking for individuals with strong customer service and communication skills who are detail-oriented and enjoy helping clients plan and book vacations, cruises, hotels, Airbnbs, resorts, car rentals, theme park tickets, and a variety of other travel experiences. No previous travel industry experience is required
Responsibilities
Help clients arrange vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers
Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with computers, smartphones, and online platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
Must be authorized to work in the United States
