Job SummaryThe Recruitment Specialist will support the People and Talent team by supporting recruitment initiatives and sourcing high caliber talent to grow our mission. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and identify unique ways to source talent, manage scheduling, debriefs, and the offer process. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding state hiring laws. Additionally, the successful candidate will communicate proficiently and provide outstanding experiences for both internal and external customers. This role is expected to travel to sites as needed to work with hiring managers.
Essential Job FunctionsOperate within our mission driven cultureConduct intake calls with hiring managers and business leaders to create requisitionsPost requisitions, and manage flow of applicationsSource candidates for hard to fill positionsSchedule HR screens, technical interviews, and panel interviewsMaintain highly organized process for hiring to ensure a positive candidate experienceUnderstand direct business units hiring needs and team dynamicsStay updated on best hiring practicesSupport with onboarding tasks to ensure new hire readiness and successTravel to various locations as needed (up to 20%)Basic Qualifications3+ years of experience in recruiting with sourcing experience3+ years of experience using an applicant tracking systemDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentialityUnderstand state compliance requirements for hiring throughout the USConduct debriefsMust be organized and able to handle multiple requisitions, candidates, and scheduling requirementsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partnersHighly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWilling to travel as needed (20%)Preferred

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience with BambooHRExperience in agriculture, water treatment, or science based recruitmentExperience conducting new hire orientations or willingness to learnExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, HireEZ, Seek Out, or relatedLicensing & Special RequirementsIncumbent is subject to a criminal background checkWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsMost of the work is performed in an office environment. Sitting or standing for long periods may be required.
