Salary:
$105,000
- $125,000Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ICU departmentEnsure the delivery of high-quality patient careDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the ICU departmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomesConduct performance evaluations for ICU staff and provide leadership and mentorshipParticipate in budget preparation and managementStay current with advances in critical care nursing and implement new practices as appropriateRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid California RN licenseMinimum of 5 years of ICU nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of critical care nursing practices, policies, and proceduresExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsActive California RN license in good standing with the California Board of NursingNote: The license requirement may vary based on the specific hospital's policies and the type of facility.
