LifeStance Health is actively seeking talented Child Psychiatrists to join our growing clinical team in the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper. In this role, you will provide personalized mental healthcare to children and adolescents within a collaborative and modern outpatient setting. We are committed to clinical excellence, supporting our providers with full administrative support and a healthy work-life balance. Practice Info 100% outpatient work Newly designed and modern offices Locations open in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Lehi, Murray, Riverton, Pleasant Grove and Draper Shift & Schedule Flexible work schedules Full-time and part-time Hybrid model, 2-3 days in office, 1-2 days remote No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends Strong work/life balance Responsibilities Provide medication management as well as therapy Compensation Generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings Compensation Range of $296-$401K Compensation model based on productivity Sign on bonus New Cash Incentive Bonus Benefits Full benefits package Full administrative support Latest in digital technology Collegial work environment Qualifications Fully licensed in Utah BE/BC as a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist Unencumbered DEA Completed a psychiatry residency program or close to completing one Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy Bi-lingual a +, Spanish speaking (preferred/ideal)
