Job Location: In-Person, $35-$40/Hour, Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Excellent Benefits
A manufacturer specializing in metal and plastic components for industries such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and telecommunications. They are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a CNC Programmer:
- Create and optimize CNC programs for three or more axis machining centers using CAM software
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot and modify existing CNC programs to improve efficiency and productivity
- Develop setup instructions and support machinists during initial part production
Your skills and experience:
- Proficient in CNC programming, preferably with Mastercam and complex geometries
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and apply safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
