Employment Type: ContractWork Mode: RemoteJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Consultant to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building agentic AI applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise systems, and delivering production-ready AI capabilities across the complete AI lifecycle.
Experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP is highly preferred, particularly in building enterprise ontologies, AI-powered workflows, and data-driven applications. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, pod-based environment, rapidly translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions while collaborating with business, data, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy agentic AI and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.
Build AI agent workflows incorporating reasoning, orchestration, tool calling, APIs, enterprise data, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Develop reusable agent skills, tools, and components that can be leveraged across multiple business applications.
Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, experimentation, production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, databases, APIs, vector stores, and business applications.
Develop solutions using Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP, including data pipelines, ontology components, and AI-powered workflows.
Build and manage Palantir ontology components, including object types, link types, action types, interfaces, and property sets.
Develop AI workflows using AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist.
Implement LLM evaluation, testing, observability, guardrails, security, and cost optimization.
Use Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable production deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into working AI capabilities.
Support knowledge sharing and upskill team members on Palantir and agentic AI technologies where required.
Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience developing Agentic AI or advanced Generative AI applications.
Experience building and deploying AI agents using LLMs, agent orchestration, and tool/function calling.
Strong software engineering and programming skills, preferably in Python.
Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise data, APIs, databases, and business systems.
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge/context layers.
Experience with AI application testing, evaluation, monitoring, security, and production deployment.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and production engineering best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing business requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
Experience with Palantir Ontology Manager, object types, link types, action types, and data lineage.
Experience developing workflows using AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist.
Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Databricks Genie, or related cloud AI platforms.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or other leading LLM providers.
