Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented PT Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for reconciling all daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in operating computers and office equipment.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits to verify all financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and distribute them to appropriate departments.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations during the night.
