The OpportunityWe're seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of a next-generation mobile inspection platform and its supporting cloud infrastructure. This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role where you'll own the complete software lifecycle—from architecture and backend services to mobile application development and deployment.
You'll work closely with robotics, product, AI, and operations teams to build software that technicians rely on every day in fast-paced industrial environments. The ideal candidate enjoys building products from scratch, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers while remaining deeply involved in writing production code.
Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional full stack software development experienceStrong expertise with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworksExperience building and shipping production mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, native iOS/Android, or similar technologiesExperience designing scalable cloud-native applications (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable)Strong background designing RESTful APIs and distributed systemsExperience with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience building scalable backend services using Node.js, .
