About the Job You're ConsideringWe are looking for a senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead large, complex Oracle Cloud SaaS programs across Financials (ERP), SCM, HCM, EPM and CX. You will own delivery end to end for multi-pillar, multi-country deployments, leading onshore and offshore techno-functional teams and acting as the client's main point of contact for the program.
This role is built to grow. As you prove yourself on flagship programs, you will take on a portfolio of projects at one or more clients, with accountability for delivery assurance, margin, client satisfaction and account growth. You will work alongside sales and solution teams to shape new work and become a trusted advisor to client executives up to C-level.
Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organizing, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way. Responsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the clients solution. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.
Your RoleProgram deliveryLead large, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud SaaS programs through all phases, from design workshops to go-live and post-implementation supportDeliver every program on time, on budget and to agreed quality, with clear progress reporting on deliverables and milestonesDirect onshore and offshore functional and technical teams, making sure delivery best practices are followed and work products are high qualityRun detailed planning, effort estimation and progress tracking, and hold the team to the project planGuide clients on process and configuration decisions, and drive change through negotiation and consensus-buildingOwn scope, risk and change management, including raising and negotiating change requestsDrive all client and project governance meetings, and act as the escalation point for the clientUse AI-enabled tools and delivery accelerators to improve productivity and qualityPortfolio and commercial leadership (grows over time)Take on executive oversight of a portfolio of Oracle Cloud projects across one or more clientsOwn project financials, including margin, revenue and bookings forecasting, and contribution margin improvement plansSupport delivery assurance, solution reviews and deal reviewsPlan resource assignment and demand across the portfolioBuild long-term client relationships and senior stakeholder trust, up to C-levelSpot and qualify add-on opportunities in existing accounts, and help close them with sales and solution teamsContribute to pursuits with proposals, estimates, win themes and client presentationsCoach and develop consultants and project managers, and help build Oracle Cloud skills across the teamContribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud community through offers, solutions, accelerators and knowledge sharingYour Skills and Experience12+ years in the Oracle applications ecosystem, including multiple full life cycle implementationsProject or program manager on at least 5–6 Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations, including at least one large, multi-pillar or multi-country programHands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS across at least two of ERP Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM and CXProven record of delivering on time, on budget and to quality, with ownership of project financials and marginExperience leading onshore and offshore teams in global delivery modelsStrong client management, with experience working with senior and C-level stakeholdersExcellent communicati
