Dental Assistant – Full-Time (Exceptional Culture & Competitive Pay)
Compensation Range: $23.00 – $27.00 / hour (Hourly, commensurate with experience) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus Potential

Operating out of a modern 7-operatory facility, our close-knit, 4-person support staff and 4 providers work together in seamless synchronization. As a Dental Assistant at Scottsdale Perfect Smiles, you are integral to our daily clinical success. Working directly alongside our doctors and providers in a fast-paced setting, you will facilitate smooth patient flow, deliver 5-star chairside comfort, and ensure our treatment rooms operate with precision.
Provide expert 4-handed chairside assistance during general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dental procedures.
Capture crisp digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and maintain accurate clinical notes in practice software.
Welcome patients, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and apply a gentle, empathetic chairside manner to put patients completely at ease.
Oversee instrument processing and maintain sterilization equipment to ensure absolute clinical safety.
Bring a positive, proactive attitude to support hygienists, front office staff, and doctors alike.
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on chairside dental assisting experience [Required].
Certifications: Active Dental Assistant (DA) Certification and active Arizona Dental Radiologic Proficiency / X-Ray Certificate [Required].
Technical Agility: Familiarity with modern dental technology, digital imaging, and practice management software.

Competitive Earning Power: Strong hourly range of $23.00 – $27.00 / hr (DOE) plus lucrative Monthly Team Performance Bonuses .
