Neonatal RN Supervisor | Day Shift + $10K Sign-On

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor for Knapp Medical Center in Weslaco, TX. This full-time role oversees the newborn/nursery service line, ensuring safe, efficient clinical operations and acting as the administrative representative when management is off-site.

The position reports to hospital leadership, with responsibilities for staffing, crisis response, and patient care quality across shifts. A BSN is preferred; current RN license, BLS, ACLS are required.
